At ToyPerks, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase from us, we understand that there might be times when you need to return or exchange a product.

14-Day Warranty Policy

Our products come with a 14-day warranty period from the date of delivery. This warranty covers replacement of the toy if any manufacturing defects are found. To claim the warranty, customers must report the issue within the warranty period. Please note that the replacement product will be dispatched to you, but the shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, you must report it to our customer service team within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. After confirming the defect, we will provide a replacement for the defective item. Customers also have the option to request a refund. However, the shipping charges for the returned item and the replacement will be shouldered by the buyer.
Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it and request a refund. However, to be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it (i.e., without any dents or scratches). A restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

Return Requirements:

All returned items must be in their original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
